39 year-old "Sugar" Shane Mosley has dropped from number 22 in the WBN P4P Rankings to number 56 after failing to win in his last three bouts. His latest defeat to Manny Pacquaio last week puts him at his lowest ranking since November 1996, when the then 19-0 prospect defeated Ramon Felix in Indio, California to break the top 50 for the first time.
