After lining up a meeting with Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn today, undefeated welterweight Kell Brook is on the verge of confirming his opponent for a scheduled October 8th bout in his home city of Sheffield.
The 25 year-old packed out the Hillsborough Leisure Centre in June as he dominated former world champion Lovemore Ndou in a twelve round points win in his last bout and ‘Special K’ could now just be one fight away from a world title shot.
