“The Problem” eyeing world title
Undefeated Cincinatti super-featherweight Adrien “The Problem” Broner is due back in the ring soon after his first round demolition of Jason Litzau and says he is ready to fight all comers as he looks to get into world title contention.
The 21 year-old has been in devastating form of late, stopping eleven out of his last twelve opponents and 17 of his 21 fights in total, with Litzau his tenth stoppage in the first round.
The powerful WBC USNBC champion has be linked with a world title challenge in the near future, with WBO champion Ricky Burns mentioned and told World Boxing News he is willing to fight any of the 130lb champions.
“Well it wouldn’t matter which one, I’m willing to fight any of those guys,” Broner told World Boxing News.
“Yeah, they have had more fights than me, but they have never fought “Adrien The Problem Broner” and I feel I am more than ready to step up.
“As you can see, I keep stopping my opponents, so why not step up and get a fight that would be more of a challenge? I am ready and in shape for whoever,” added Broner.
